1. Sign up for Services
Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions, you can give us a call, send us a text, or message us on Facebook.
2. Schedule Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up for services, a Poo Patrol Scoopers representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
3. Setup Client Portal
You will receive an email from Sweep&go with login instructions to our client portal, where you can view invoices and request service changes.
4. Attach Payment Method
We pre-bill for services on the 1st of the month. The card you place on file will automatically be charged once the invoice is finalized. All invoices can be viewed in the client portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month, your service will be paused.
5. Enjoy a Poop Free Yard!

Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Cleaning Your Yard
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and start cleaning up all the doggie poo. Poo Patrol Scoopers team members are trained to walk in a grid pattern to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste. Our team members will also walk your yard a second time in the opposite direction to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste.
Safety Procedures
Before we leave your property, your Poo Patrol Scoopers technician will upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Pet Waste Disposal
Your pooper scooper will double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash bin. If we are unable to access your trash bin, the waste will be double-bagged and placed on the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.
