Poo Patrol Scoopers (“our,” “us,” “we”) is an independently owned and operated business providing pet-waste removal Services to residential and commercial properties. By accepting our Services, the Client agrees to the following Terms governing all sales and Services provided by Poo Patrol Scoopers.
BILLING
Recurring Services are pre-billed on the 1st of each month, and your card on file is charged automatically.
We require a card on file to schedule initial service. Recurring service Clients are required to leave a card on file to avoid service interruptions. If you need assistance, please contact us at 616.313.0662.
For recurring Services, the cost of your initial cleanup will be billed upon completion. At the same time, you’ll be billed a pro-rated amount for the remaining cleanups that month. If you are scheduled for biweekly service, you may be billed for the following month’s Services on the day of the initial cleanup.
If payment is not received by the 1st of the month, service will be paused immediately. Late payments are subject to a $10 fee if not received by the 3rd of the month, and overdue accounts may be referred to collections after 30 days. After 30 days, your account will be removed from our schedule.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Poo Patrol Scoopers reserves the right to adjust pricing for Services. If a price increase occurs, Clients will be notified at least 30 days before the change takes effect. By accepting these Terms, Clients acknowledge and accept the new pricing.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Services may be canceled with 72 hours’ written notice by texting 616.313.0662 or through your Client Portal. Payments already processed are non-refundable, including partial months or prepayments. If you decide to cancel, we’re happy to continue service through the remainder of the month.
DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE
Poo Patrol Scoopers offers residential and commercial pet waste removal service options, including twice weekly, weekly, and biweekly cleans. We also provide deodorizing treatments for your yard. Pricing is based on an area size of approximately 4500 square feet; larger areas will incur additional charges.
SERVICE DAYS
We may reschedule or change your service days at our discretion. We will provide prior notice whenever possible. Service days are determined by your address and our established routes to maintain efficiency and keep prices competitive.
SCHEDULING
We’re unable to guarantee an exact arrival time. Our routes are continuously optimized to maximize efficiency and help keep rates low. Service typically occurs between 7:00 AM and dusk. You’ll receive an “on the way” text approximately 20–30 minutes before we arrive.
LEAVES, DEBRIS, AND TALL GRASS
Poo Patrol Scoopers strives to leave your yard thoroughly clean; however, tall grass, leaf cover, or other debris can conceal waste. We’ll remove any waste that’s clearly visible on top of leaves, but we do not sift through leaf piles. If anything is missed, it will be collected at your next scheduled visit once the yard has been maintained.
MULCH OR TANBARK
Yards with mulch or tanbark can easily camouflage pet waste. We remove only waste visible on the surface; we do not remove mulch or tanbark that has broken down waste mixed in.
ROCKS
Waste on rock surfaces can fragment and settle between stones, so complete removal isn’t guaranteed. We will remove all visible and accessible waste to the best of our ability.
EXCLUSION AREAS
We do not service areas obstructed by dense brush or thick foliage; spaces beneath decks or play equipment with less than 6 feet of clearance, or beneath trampolines. If you’d like the area under a trampoline cleaned, please relocate the trampoline before our visit. Waste in excluded or obstructed areas will not be collected, and the full service fee still applies.
SAFETY
For everyone’s safety, dogs that are aggressive—or showing signs of aggression—must be kept indoors during our visit. We may request text confirmation that the yard is clear before service. If our team encounters an aggressive dog, they will disengage and leave the area to avoid escalation.
ACCESSING THE CLIENT’S YARD
If Poo Patrol Scoopers cannot access the service area—due to locked, blocked, or frozen gates, or aggressive dogs in the yard—the visit will be skipped, and the service charge will still apply. To avoid access issues, we will provide a coded gate lock, provided it can be unlocked from outside the gate when entering the yard. If a return trip is needed to complete service, a $7 drive-back fee will be added.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Poo Patrol Scoopers will double-bag the pet waste and place it in the Client’s trash can. If we are unable to access the Client’s trash can, we will place it neatly next to the Client’s house.
SANITIZATION
We sanitize all equipment with a kennel-grade disinfectant after every job to prevent cross-contamination between yards (e.g., parvovirus, ringworm, E. coli, Salmonella). This routine helps protect your pets and your family.
WEATHER POLICY
Poo Patrol Scoopers operates in all weather conditions, provided travel and working conditions are safe. However, severe weather — including thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, heavy snow accumulation, icy conditions, or any weather that makes travel unsafe — may prevent service.
If a service is missed due to weather, waste will be removed at the next scheduled visit, which may require additional time to complete due to accumulation. We do not offer refunds for Services missed due to unsafe or severe weather conditions.
HOLIDAYS
Poo Patrol Scoopers observes the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. If your scheduled service falls on one of these days and cannot be rescheduled, we will resume service on your next scheduled date. Please note that due to the accumulation of additional waste, this service may require extra time for thorough cleanup. No refunds will be issued for holiday-related service adjustments.
SHUT DOWN NOTICE
We reserve the right to pause operations between Christmas and New Year’s Day. The monthly rate will remain unchanged unless additional Services are required.
LAWN SIGNS
We may place a lawn sign on your property to promote our Services unless you request otherwise.
MARKETING
By engaging in our Services, the Client grants Poo Patrol Scoopers express permission to capture and use images of work performed at the Client’s property for promotional purposes (website, social media, and other print or digital materials), unless otherwise agreed in writing with Poo Patrol Scoopers’ management.

LIABILITY
We assume no liability for damages to yards, gates, pets, or other properties.
CLIENT CONCERNS
